As both a doctor and a mother, I understand how deeply parents want to do everything possible to help their children thrive. My role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, clarity, and support—so that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. With so much information available online about supplements, diets, and “quick fixes,” it can feel overwhelming to sort through what is true and what is right for your child. I help take that weight off your shoulders, so you can focus on what matters most: caring for and enjoying your child.
As a naturopathic doctor, my approach weaves together holistic, biomedical, functional, and naturopathic perspectives to support children and families in meaningful, practical ways. I work with parents who are seeking thoughtful, comprehensive care for children with developmental and neuroimmune concerns, including autism, ADHD, PANS/PANDAS, mood and behavioral challenges, and related conditions.
Over the years, my training, clinical experience, and research have given me a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support. I look for the root causes of imbalance and work to uncover the hidden factors that may be contributing to your child’s challenges. From there, I help create a clear, personalized plan that gives the body the tools it needs to restore balance, resilience, and health.
Families can expect a collaborative relationship, where I listen deeply, tailor recommendations to your child’s unique needs, and partner with you every step of the way. My goal is always to look beyond symptoms to understand the underlying causes—helping to restore balance, resilience, and hope for healing.
Currently, I am continuing to care for my established adult patients here in my private practice. At this time, however, I am welcoming new pediatric patients only through Wholesome Brain Medicine, where I see families virtually.
